Meet Taylor
Taylor Lampton, LLMSW, is a dedicated therapist with a clinical focus on trauma and mental health. She is passionate about supporting clients of all ages, with a special interest in working with children and adolescents—particularly those in the foster care system or those impacted by trauma, abuse, neglect, depression, or anxiety.

Taylor is beginning training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and plans to utilize this evidence-based approach to help clients process their experiences, heal from emotional wounds, and build resilience. Although early in her professional journey, Taylor brings compassion, curiosity, and a strong commitment to providing individualized, trauma-informed care that meets each client where they are.

Beyond her clinical work, Taylor enjoys going for nature walks, building Legos, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts. As a former dancer, Taylor also enjoys teaching dance.
