Meet Sara
Sara Ziel, LMSW, believes that all people are capable of change—even when that change feels intimidating. She is deeply committed to building trusting, authentic relationships with her clients, helping them face challenges and move toward meaningful transformation. Sara understands that therapy can be hard work, and she feels honored to walk alongside her clients on their journeys toward healing and growth. Her goal is to provide a comfortable, judgment-free space where individuals feel supported and empowered.
With nearly 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Sara has worked across a variety of settings including home-based therapy, case management, partial-hospitalization programs, family therapy, and outpatient care. She works with clients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, trauma, and life transitions.
Outside of her clinical work, Sara enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, gardening, and being with her husband, daughter, and their cat.

She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Grand Valley State University and is licensed in the state of Michigan.
