Meet Kelsie
Kelsie Thomas, LMSW is a clinical social worker with experience working with all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her clinical work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, with a special focus on helping teens and young adults navigate life transitions, struggles with body image, self-esteem, relationships with food, and depression, and anxiety. She has great understanding for how interconnected our emotional and physical well-being can be and strives to create a space that is holistic and supportive to each person’s needs.

Her therapeutic approach emphasizes the practice of mindfulness and intuitive eating while also integrating principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to empower clients to look inward as they build insight and self-compassion.
Beyond her clinical work, Kelsie enjoys cooking and baking, gardening, reading, exercising, and spending time with her family.
