Mediation for Empaths

As empaths we unconsciously "collect" and "absorb" other people's energy which can lead to feelings of depression, anxiety, fatigue or just feeling bogged down and/or apathetic. This meditation is grounding and cleansing as we purge and cleanse the chakras as well. In the end, you will feel lighter, brighter and have your energy back with a new clear sense of self.

Meditation for Grounding

Grounding is a practice where we are anchoring ourselves to the earth. This is a wonderful guided meditation for when we feel scattered, spacey, “not all here.” Grounding helps with focus, feeling present and awareness. It is beneficial to do this meditation daily.
