With nearly 20 years of experience, she specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions, offering compassionate and personalized therapy. Her practice emphasizes mindfulness, holistic, and trauma-informed care tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
At Mitten Mental Health, Kt provides a safe and supportive environment for clients, focusing on emotional regulation, personal growth, resilience, releasing stored energy, emotion, and trauma.
